355CAV - PLUS 95s™ Modulating 4-Way MultipoiseVariable Speed Condensing Gas Furnace

The model 355CAV Plus 95s™ Condensing Gas Furnace is designed for ultra-high efficient operation with 95% Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) in the upflow position. Quiet operation and maximum comfort are achieved through the use of Bryant's PerfectSense™ feature that utilizes a multi-stage gas valve, along with a unique arrangement with the multi-stage gas control, variable speed blower and inducer. Evolution™ features, sealed combustion, and direct venting makes this furnace an industry pacesetter. An Evolution Control and an Evolution or Preferred AC or Heat Pump must be used to form a complete Evolution System. The Plus 95s may be installed in upflow, downflow or horizontal applications using direct vent/2pipe furnace or as an optional ventilated combustion air application. The Plus 95s is approved for use with natural or propane gas and is GAMA certified. Field conversion to propane is required. All units meet California Air Quality Management District emission requirements. All sizes are design certified in Canada.

Superior, quiet operation, and maximum comfort are achieved through the use of variable-capacity operation. Its unique arrangement of 2-stage gas control, variable speed blower and inducer, Perfect Heat/Perfect Humidity™ control, sealed combustion, and direct venting makes this furnace an industry pacesetter. The 355BAV should be installed in upflow applications with a 2-pipe venting system. Model 355BAV is approved for use with natural or propane gas and is GAMA certified. As a vital component to your home's cooling system, it circulates cool air throughout your home and can help selected 13 and 14 SEER Bryant air conditioners achieve added energy efficiency by up to 1.5 SEER*. The 353BAV can be installed as a 1-pipe or 2-pipe venting system. Model 353BAV is approved for use with natural or propane gas and is GAMA certified. All units meet California Air Quality Management District emission requirements. All sizes are design certified in Canada. *As compared to the Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute's standard coil-only rating when paired with selected Bryant evaporator coils.

310AAV

The 310AAV 4-Way Multipoise Gas Furnace was designed by Bryant dealers for Bryant dealers. Applications are easy with 4-way multipoise design, through-the-furnace downflow venting, 13 different venting options, and a door designed for easy service access. An inner blower door is provided for tighter sealing in sensitive applications. The 310AAV furnace is approved for use with natural or propane gas.

Plus, it features a dehumidify mode and the ability to change continuous fan speeds from the thermostat. The 312AAV furnace is approved for use with natural or propane gas.
